Pecan-Crusted Steelhead Trout
Ingredients
- 4 4oz fillets Steelhead Trout
- 1/2 Cup crushed pecans
- 1 teaspoon crushed dried rosemary
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- all-purpose flour
- 1 cup Panko
- 1 egg
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400° F.
- In a bowl mix pecans, rosemary, salt, and black pepper
- Spray foil lined pan in non-stick cooking spray.
- Coat top of Trout in flower.
- Dip fillet in egg.
- Cover top of fillet in Panko.
- Place fillet on pan.
- Cover fillet in pecan mix.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes or until internal temp of 145° F.
