Pecan-Crusted Steelhead Trout

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400° F.
  2. In a bowl mix pecans, rosemary, salt, and black pepper
  3. Spray foil lined pan in non-stick cooking spray.
  4. Coat top of Trout in flower.
  5. Dip fillet in egg.
  6. Cover top of fillet in Panko.
  7. Place fillet on pan.
  8. Cover fillet in pecan mix.
  9. Cook for 10-12 minutes or until internal temp of 145° F.
