Mac and Cheese
Ingredients
- 16 oz (1 box) Cellentani pasta
- 6 Tbsp Butter
- 2 Tbsp Flour
- 1 1/4 C. Milk
- 1 1/2 C. Pepper Jack Cheese
- 1 C. White Cheddar Cheese
- 2 C. Panko
- 4 Tbsp Franks Red Hot Seasoning
- 8 oz Cream Cheese
Directions
Panko Topping
- Melt 4 Tbsp butter in a large bowl.
- Mix in 2 C. Panko.
- Once Panko and melted butter are mixed throughly add in 2 Tbsp Franks Seasoning and mix.
Cream Sause
- In a sauce pan mix 2 Tbsp butter, 1 1/4 C. milk, 1/2 C. Pepper Jack Cheese, and 2 Tbsp Flour.
- Bring cream sause to a simmer.
- Add all the cream cheese, 2 Tbsp Franks Seasoning.
- Reduce heat to low.
- Add 1 C. Pepper Jack Cheese, 1 C. White Cheddar Cheese.
- Melt until smooth.
Cellentani pasta
- Follow directions provided on the box.
Combine
- Drain pasta.
- Combine pasta and cream sauce.
- Pour combined pasta and cream sauce in a large glass pan.
- Cook in large glass pan for 30 minutes at 350 F.
