Katsu Burger

Slaw
  1. In a large bowl add bag of Slaw.
  2. Add 2 Tablespoons of rice vinegar.
  3. Add 2 teaspoons of honey.
  4. Mix Ingredients together. Add more to taste.

Burgers
  1. Combine Ground beef, Salt, and Black Pepper to taste.
  2. Pat out burgers.
  3. Set up 3 plates, one with flour, one with egg, and last with Panko.
  4. Coat burger in flour. Then cover in egg. Next coat in Panko.
  5. Head peanut oil to 350 degrees F.
  6. Cooking:
    • For deep fryer cook burger for 3 minutes or until
    • For skillet cook for 3 minutes per side.
  7. Let rest on a paper towel for 5 minutes.
  8. Top with spicy mayo, Katsu sauce, and jalapenos on a potato or brioche bun.
