Katsu Burger
Ingredients
- ground beef
- Salt
- Ground Black Pepper
- Eggs
- All-purpose flour
- Panko
- Bag of Slaw
- 2 Tablespoons of rice vinegar
- 2 teaspoons of honey
- Bottle of store bought sauce
Directions
Slaw
- In a large bowl add bag of Slaw.
- Add 2 Tablespoons of rice vinegar.
- Add 2 teaspoons of honey.
- Mix Ingredients together. Add more to taste.
Burgers
- Combine Ground beef, Salt, and Black Pepper to taste.
- Pat out burgers.
- Set up 3 plates, one with flour, one with egg, and last with Panko.
- Coat burger in flour. Then cover in egg. Next coat in Panko.
- Head peanut oil to 350 degrees F.
- Cooking:
- For deep fryer cook burger for 3 minutes or until
- For skillet cook for 3 minutes per side.
- Let rest on a paper towel for 5 minutes.
- Top with spicy mayo, Katsu sauce, and jalapenos on a potato or brioche bun.
