Firecracker salmon

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a large baking sheet in foil and coat with cooking spray.
  2. Arrange salmon skin side down on prepared sheet. Season flesh side with salt and black pepper.
  3. In a medium bowl, whisk brown sugar, garlic, sriracha, oil, lime juice, soy sauce, paprika, ginger, and red pepper flakes.
  4. Coat flesh side of salmon with brown sugar mixture.
  5. Bake until salmon is cooked through, 20 to 24 minutes.
